YY(Q)W series of horizontal gas or oil fired hot oil heater (thermal oil heater or hot oil boiler) are used in many industrial applications where efficiency and accurate temperature control between 100ºC and 350ºC are required. They work in the way of heating directly thermal oil in the pipes with high smoke temperature. With the help of forced circulation oil pumps, the oil with high temperature goes into the heat required equipments and then comes back to the oil heater. 1. Heater Features

- High thermal efficiency, unique structure, thermal efficiency can still reach 90%;

- The proprietary combustion technology and the structure of heating coiler can absolutely avoid the overheat and damage of coilers in common conditions;

- The top of inner coiler is designed into cone-shape, which can prevent the casting material on the top fall off in high temperature;

- High safety. When abnormal conditions happen, safety interlock system we design starts up to protect the heater;

- Accurate temperature control. The oil temperature in the outlet can be controlled within ±1ºC;

- The integrated compact structure only cover a small working area;

- Easy to install, operate and maintain.

2. Control and Safety Systems

The gauges are designed at key spots in the whole heating system to test and control the system. We design and produce the electric control cabinet (ECC). The components are from Siemens or Schneider.
