Q2:What is the MOQ ?
A:Usually the MOQ is 1 pc. The more you order, more favorable discount you will get.

Q3. What is your terms of packing?
A:Because our product are heavy,we will customize wooden box to protect the product.To avoid damage to the goods in transit.

Q4:How about the payment terms?
A:T/T, PayPal, Bank ect.

Q5:How about the delivery time?
A:Generally, it will take 10 to 15 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order. If the product is in stock, it only need 3-7days.

Q6. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.Also We can customize products according to your requirements.

Q7. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.

Q8:How about the shipping method?
A:We usually deliver by Express(Fedex,UPS,DHL,TNT ect),if you have forwarder in China please kindly inform us before place the order. We also have warehouses in the United States. We will ship some products directly from abroad, which saves much time.
