Description of equipment

1. Tube expander
Purpose:
This expander is specially used to expand fin heat-exchanger.
The processes of expanding pipe, flaring and flanging are finished in one working cycle.

2. U-bender
This machine is using hydraulic drive,put tubes in by hands,automatic bending and unloading.There are many advant-ages,such as simple structure,reliable working,lower proce and easy to adjust etc.

3. Fin Press 
Main performance:
?Composition: Automatic decoiler, oil tank, initial feeding equipment (option), closed high- speed precision press, sucker collector, electric control system, pneumatic control system, hydraulic control,etc;
?Power press speed & vacuum sucker is controlled by inverter;
?Collector has protecting system for fault operation, material shortage warming, oil shortage warming;
?Touch screen and PLC electrical control system ensuring the reliable operation of the automatic stamping .

4. Welding machine
(For pipe to pipe, pipe to "U" joint)
?Precision design for accurate pipe positioning
?Better gas coverage and cleaner welds
?Compact design for small work areas
?Commonly used for stainless steel, carbon steel and titanium alloy steel, etc
?Water cooled head for high production and larger wall thickness
